Housing Justice

The Housing Justice Hosting Project provides safe and stable accommodation for asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable migrants facing homelessness & destitution in London. We offer a person-centred approach that helps guests to regularise their immigration status and build an independent life in the UK.  Our vibrant host network includes clergy members, families, single individuals & people in retirement.

Jesuit Refugee Service UK (JRS)

The Jesuit Refugee Service is Catholic organisation established in the UK for over 20 years. Its work focuses on showing hospitality to, and supporting the needs of, destitute people seeking asylum and people in detention. It runs a London-based hosting scheme and drop-in centre as well as delivering detention outreach, advocacy, holistic support, and legal case work to regularise a person's immigration status.

Refugees at Home (UK Wide)

Refugees at Home is a UK wide hosting service for those with a free room to offer to destitute people seeking asylum and newly granted refugees at risk of homelessness. Refugees at Home is also matching Ukrainian guests in need of UK sponsors. Most hosts are in England  but there are many placements in other locations across the UK. Hosts are particularly needed in larger asylum dispersal towns and cities.

Hope at Home (UK Wide)

Hope at Home is a UK-wide hosting scheme for survivors. Without this stable home, many survivors would be destitute, extremely vulnerable and potentially re-trafficked.We work in partnership with support agencies who support our guest, whilst we train, encourage and support our hosts. If you have a spare room and a BIG heart, please get in touch. Please Note:  Due to the needs of our guests, we need hosts in locations that have easy access to public transport and services.  If you live in a remote location, we cannot guarantee that we would be able to find a suitable guest to match with you.
